Pricing Options

Premium Package

High-touch coverage focused on both the runner experience and your marketing needs. Race photos are one of the most valued “swag” items for participants, and when runners share branded images on social media, you get ongoing promotion long after race day.


Includes:

  • 2-3 hours of race-day coverage, customized to your priorities
  • Culling to select the best 2–4 images of each runner
  • Full professional editing on all delivered images
  • Online gallery hosted for at least 1 year on Senditsportsmedia.com
  • Free web-size downloads for participants, with your race or sponsor logo
  • 20+ commercially-licensed hi-res marketing images for your use and sponsor promotions


Pricing:

  • Base event fee: $250
  • $4 per runner up to 300 participants, $3 each for participants 301-500. Events over 500 participants, email me for a custom quote.



Standard Package

Coverage focused on both the runner experience and your marketing needs, with minimal editing compared to the Premium Package.


Includes:

  • 2 hours of race-day coverage, customized to your priorities
  • Batch editing for basic color correction and tonal balance only.
  • Online gallery hosted for at least 1 year on Senditsportsmedia.com
  • Free web-size downloads for participants, with your race or sponsor logo
  • 10+ commercially-licensed hi-res marketing images for your use and sponsor promotions


Pricing:

  • Base event fee: $250
  • $2 per runner up to 300 participants, $1 each for participants 301-500. Events over 500 participants, email me for a custom quote.
